“ Oversized? It’s is huge on the average adult, especially the bottom, sleeves and the pocket. I can understand as a blanket item, you want that snuggle factor – and you certainly get that, but you can fit your whole forearm into the pocket. My Daughter selected the design as she is into all things sushi, makes her own and finished off the outfit with some sushi socks. This fit the bill well then. The finish is soft as is the lining and very comfortable against the skin. Cuffs are elasticated, which is handy as the arms are long and hang down to the bottom. No problem keeping your hands warm in this.”

ou've placed an order, the sun is shining, and in the background, an angelic choir is singing to let you know that your Tobie is on its way – so, what comes next?
After you've made an order, our team will meticulously retrieve your Tobie from the clouds and package it with care and affection. Therefore, kindly allow up to 72 hours for our team to select and pack your order. We send out all orders once all items are fully prepared. This means that if you have a pre-order item included in your order, all items will wait until the latest item becomes available, and then they will be shipped together.
For most of our deliveries within the EU, we utilize GLS and DPD. Please be aware that your country may require you to cover the duty fees for importing goods, which could be collected upon delivery by your country's government.
You can anticipate receiving your parcel within 2-8 business days. When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Don't worry if there are no scan events in the first 24 hours – the system may take a day or so to catch up.
**Please take note: all shipping timeframes are calculated from the advertised dispatch date. If your item has a pre-order date (noted next to the product name in parentheses), that is the date of dispatch, and the delivery timeframe begins from the pre-order date it ships on. If there's no date next to the product name, you're in luck – it's ready to be shipped!
Our fantastic Tobie (adult size) is currently designed as a one-size-fits-most, loosely modeled after a size 6XL hoodie. This design is well-suited for individuals aged 14 years and older to ensure an ideal fit. Please refer to the additional sizing details provided below. Each of our Tobies is crafted with love on an individual basis, so there might be a minor size variation from one Tobie to another.

We understand that reading through legal terms may not be the most exciting task, but please take a moment to review our return policy. We offer free returns within a 30-day period from the date of delivery or order receipt.
However, please be aware that not all items are eligible for return. Any exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product pages and/or during the checkout process. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Item(s) must be initiated for return and dispatched via mail within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Item(s) should not have been labeled as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase, unless they are found to be faulty.
- Item(s) must be in their original packaging, which should be in its original, undamaged condition. This includes any attached swing tags, shoe boxes, and jewelry packaging. You'll be required to showcase your photography skills by providing a photo of the item before returning it to us so that we can assess its condition.
*Please be aware: If you're returning an item from a bundle, your order will no longer qualify for bundle pricing.
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
